Casa Tranquilidad is a four bedroom three and half bath 6000 sq ft home plus a 500 sq ft Guest House located right on the edge of the Manuel Antonio National Park! The home has four bedrooms and four and half baths while the guest house features another two bedrooms and full bath. Combined it sleeps up to 16 people and comes complete with maid service and free concierge!

Because of its proximity to the National Park, expect to see lots of wild life!

Just over a half mile walk to the main road where you can catch the bus to the beach in only 5 minutes, grab a bite to eat at one of many restaurants and even shop for groceries or souvenirs. If a 10-15 minute walk is not an option, then a rental car is a great idea.

Our concierge, Susan, can help with things like arranging private airport transportation, booking chef services, tours, massages, restaurant reservations, rental cars and much more. This service is extremely helpful. Having a local expert to help you plan you stay will not only save you time and money but will make your time in Costa Rica remarkable!

Enjoy the whole house, it is not shared.  We never have more than one group on the property at a time.

We are located about 100 miles from the San Jose Airport. Its about a 2 hour drive depending on traffic and how many stops you make. Our house concierge can help you arrange for private transportation to and from the airport. Its a beautiful drive through the Costa Rica mountains with some neat things to see along the way!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
