My Costa Rica Homes and Bittner Vacation Rentals is owned by Scott Bittner who has his Property Manager in Charge License in the state of SC.  He has been in the vacation rentals business for 21+ years with thousands of reviews and many repeat customers!

We own and/or manage 9 ocean front properties in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  Purchased our first condo in 2000 and continued to grow from there: www.bittnervacationrentals.com

We own three homes in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica.  Purchased our first home, Casa Bamboo,  in 2018 and then we acquired Casa Tranquilidad in 2019 and then finally our third home in 2020, Casa Calma.
